Predator Plasma Executioner

The stats for the Plasma Executioner are  S:7  AP:2 Heavy 3, Blast(3") - Gets Hot.  

 

Gets Hot rules for vehicles requires you to roll a d6 each time you shoot...  So with this gun on a Predator do you roll once per shooting phase when you fire it or 3 times due it being "Heavy 3"

Thanks for the replies below but as pointed out this weapon doesn't have "gets hot"...  my mistake

You roll 3 times, once per shot. Just like when you fire a Plasma Gun on rapid fire with an infantry model, your soldier has 2 chances to obliterate himself.

It's on page 164 of the AoD rulebook.

Unless I'm mistaken, the Plasma Executioner doesn't have the Gets Hot rule? I checked the red book and the main rulebook and both profiles listed there don't have it. Is this from an FAQ?

Hah, that's true, the Plasma Executioner apparently even doesn't 'gets hot'. 

Otherwise, you roll once per shot, like pointed out above.

It even gets a blast weapon if I'm not mistaken.

 

Unlike the Sicaran Omega, who fires regular plasmagun shots for some Emperor-forsaken reason.
