Azekai Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 Hello all, I was trying to put together a small knight army in 9th clocking in at ~1k points. I don't really want to get stuck playing for 4+ hours, just play a chill intro game and if I lose on objectives, who cares. Is it even possible to make an army of knights at this small of a point value? Focslain Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 Well at 1K your going to have some armigars, most knights nowadays are 400pts+ so impossible to field all mediums in a game that small. Now you can field a medium knight and a few armigars (2-3) in 1K easy. Heck with the dominus point drop you can field one of those and two armigars in 1K again. Also you can field knights in a small of a game as 500 pts if you field three armigars. So knights can be used at all levels. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm going to use 2 warglaives with meltaguns, 2 helverins with stubbers, and 2 moirax with double lightning lock. If I have the numbers right it comes out to 1k even. Pretty much, you could field the Atropes and two mediums in a 1500 pts force. Under that and your best going the Atropos and two armigars I'm going to using all armigers in a 1k event coming up soon.
