I give you an unintended preview, but I just cannot see it as a leak.
A leak implies that something which should be contained isn't being contained. Like a roof, or a container. You wouldn't describe a dam overflow as 'leaking'
With information that implies that someone who knows something they aren't meant to divulge does so. Either restricted by contract, privilege or statute.
But with these, I could walk down my FLGS
, pick up a box of the new Devs I know he has on his shelf, and photograph the instructions and post them on here. That's not a leak, as I have no relationship with GW
preventing me from doing so. That's just me posting available information elsewhere.
What this really is, is poor information management. Its more like how the first picture of the Indomitus Lt was the photo of him on the front page of the new 40K website. That wasn't a leak, it was a photo anyone could go and look at with a web browser.
