Pandemic-caused hobby malaise is to blame.Between the two units, I liked Nob Bikers more in 8th, and I think 9th is only pushing that even more in their favor. You get more wounds per point, move from 2W to 3W (typically, a very good difference), more attacks (especially since the Nobs can be run with two choppas each), and a higher base strength. The only thing you actually lose is Dakkagun shots and # of models. One to three dakkaguns aren't a big deal, in my mind. The number of models is only a question due to Look Out, Sir!, but I really don't think it's a concern.So, I say go for the Nobz!
