His armor is half BA jump Chaplain and head is from Necromunda Corpse Grinders The Crimson Fist chaplain is a chopped up Indomitus chaplain. The ork skulls are from the GW skulls box The Black Templars Chaplain is using the Bladeguard ancients banner.
