Looking to indulge my love of Land Raiders and superheavies with this list that turns my infantry heavy XIII legion into something more punchy.

This list is weird. You have tacticals in rhinos, but also seekers (who can already take a Land Raider as DT). And you are taking hussars, which have nothing to do with tanks. As it stands, the only thing you are befinting from is the 11% increase in Tank Shock.

Armoured Spearhead should see almost every single unit that is able to take a dedicated transport riding in a dedicated Phobos or Proteus.
