If that’s even allowed. I would like help taking my ideas and putting them into an old fashion Index Astartes format. As hard as modeling is for me (neuropathy) actually writing up these ideas in my head seems to even harder. I’m just much more focused on the competitive side of the hobby. There it is. We've got a lot of talented fraters here. It might be better to set this up as a collaborative project. That way, you can draw on a variety of talents and ideas. I'm sure we can come up with something that you'll like and is worth your time. We've done collaborative projects here with varying degrees of success. The Raptors are a very source of Inspiration. A cadre could certainly teach a fleding Chapter the Ways of Guerilla War. The Chapter Civil War give them some nice storie poetenial. The "traitors" are hunted to aton for there sins sounds good too. There you should a bit about why. So that it devolp in a way you Like. I could Image a Nomade culture, maybe similar to mongols or africa tribes. Maybe a few Huge Citys and a certain degree of technology. Which would Provide a hard and strong Population. That will grant the nomads technological artifacts for which a factory- and a city to support it- are necessary for production and maintenance, e.g., motor vehicles, firearms, vox transmitters... without sacrificing the hardiness and self-sufficiency a nomadic life forces upon such people. They can maintain them through ancient rites and few remain manufactures. Or the floating Citys are repeled by the magnetic underlay or circuits of the now called desserts. Which flow therefore on Set routes. Which could be necessary due the need to redeploy the bases due nature phenomens. The ringworld Romans, are a very good Inspiration for me.
