You'll run into an issue with the movement with the Knights. Titanicus scale is done on on 2x4 or 4x4 boards.

Id just use a standard gaming table, having more room to manoeuvre would make for some interesting games. The Models scale is roughly 1/4 40k size if you are looking for a ground scale conversion though, so a 6'x4' board would be in effect 24'x16' at 40k scale if thats what you are after?
I mean id also say play AT but i cant be trusted on that because i love it

Thats true..maybe playing on a regular board with smaller terrain is the way.

Cool idea, if it's only knights v knights, then table size doesn't really matter as both armies have the same issues. Larger tables favour the longer range weapons.
I'd just convert all inch measurements to cm, and try that out so table size of 44x60cm for 2k points.
