Black Legion 40k- Pride of the Legion 2k

Working on this slow paint army(most of it is built) because I needed another army(like I needed a hole in my head) so I undertook this. Pretty much a hammer and anvil style list.

Abaddon

Sorcerer in Terminator Armor with Angels Bane. Not solid on spells yet.

Chaos Lord(fire support guy) or possibly a Dark Apostle for the same purpose.

_Might give these guys the council of traitors with warlord traits.

 

Marine Squad power axe, bolters + Heavy Bolter

Marine squad power sword, bolters + Heavy Bolter

Marine squad x7 Power fist, plasma gun, chainswords

 

Contemptor with a bunch of stuff I dont remember off the top of my head

Terminators x5 plasma combies 4 power fists, 1 chain fist

terminators x5 melta combies 1 lightning claw 2 power axe, 2 chain axes

Terminators x5 some close combat weapons(existing squad and leftovers) reapers AC, 4 combi-bolters

 

Havocs plasma gun and 2 lascannons and 2 missile launchers

Forgefiend with ectoplasma breath and hades AC

2 Oblits ( I wanted three but conveniently I only have two and I needed the points anyway)

 

Maybe not competition winning but should look pretty good, especially when I bring it in an Apoc Host with my other chaos warbands. I will eventually start stripping old unused vehicles and re purposing them. When I said I had no need for more armies, I  wasnt joking. My goal is to reduce down to a smaller number of armies. WIth my loyalist marines I think I will sell off at lest two of them(barring vehicles). With chaos I am going to incorporate more of my unused 30k vehicles.
