Krak grenades and melta bombs in Melee

How many models in a unit can use:

 

A. Krak grenades

B. Melta bombs 

 

...in a single combat?

 

My understanding was that it was originally "as many models that have them," but then it was FAQ'd to say "only one of each," but then was re-FAQ'd back to "all." 

 

...but I cannot seem to find documentation on any of the above.

Had quick look at faq and couldn’t see anything, in which case would go by rule book and say whole squad may use them, although only one in shooting phase

So Sgt has melta bomb and other nine dudes have krak......they can either use 1x melta bomb or 10x krak grenades, correct?

Man this is a trip down memory lane. The history as I remember it:

 

-Back when HH was using 7th, 7th allowed multi bombing

-7th did an FAQ that reworded it so only 1 bomb could be used

-HH eventually got its own ruleset, which rolled back the changes
