Farsight Enclave Log: First Breacher

So my gf just got into the modeling aspect of the hobby, and she chose tau and the Farsight Enclave for her scheme! I thought I’d share with you guys her continued progress. To start things off, we have her first built mini, a breacher shas’ui. It seems he’s been hanging around with citizens of the imperium since he’s forsaken all ranged weaponry in his loadout in place of a melee weapon haha

Decent start. :) What's next? The rest of the Breacher unit?

Yep! I bought her the tau start collecting set. After the breachers are done and painted, she wants to build the crisis suits, then the ethereal (even though fse can’t use them, she wants to try edge highlighting and the fancy stuff on him)

 

She’s a slow builder, so it’ll be slow progress. But we’ll get there

So she has a few more half built fire warriors, going the batch build approach. She only wants to build when I’m there with her to help, so it’s gonna be slow haha. After they’re all built, paint will come for a 5 man batch
