They look pretty good - the angles do (in my mind - probably not the best place to be getting inspiration from) look a bit like his doing a bit of a jaunty walk swinging his 'arms and humming a tune about going off to purge some heretics....
I like the way you have joined them to the body - makes them fit the theme a lot more and adds a nice bit of extra detail to the flat inside of most boxnaught arms that are more exposed in this setup

Warhammer 40,000+ Star Wars- Rian Johnson- Reylo= AWESOME! (Knights of Renaissance)
Reasons to use the Steel Crusaders ('Codex: Space Marines' supplement) or the Iron-hearted Angels ('Codex: Blood Angels' supplement): Because you think giving Sternguard Veterans a heavy bolter wtih special issue HEAVY BOLTER ammunition is ALMOST as much fun as shoehorning an Earthshaker cannon into a Land Raider.

I've imagined this before, nice to see it work! Using the inside arm connections from the contemptor helps tie it together. More photo angles appreciated!

I plan on painting up the heavy bolters this evening. I’ll post more pictures then
