He's looking great - canI aks how you did the 'skin'? the grey colour fits really well. Got any better photos?

Unfortunately, no better photos at present.

However, the skin was very simple. It was literally Rakarth Flesh wet brushed (minimal paint, damp brush, many brief strokes against grain) over the Chaos Black primer. No wash or anything else, just careful wet brushing against the grain.

It picks up the coolness of the Chaos Black and the eye associates it with the Leadbelcher armor plating, so that's why it looks the way it does.

It did fool the digital camera a bit here and in person it looks very slightly browner, but it still so close to the Leadbelcher in tone (yet slightly different with a different texture) that it gives an HR Giger effect where you're looking for where the flesh ends and metal begins.

That looks damn fine. Skin sort of looks like liquid metal, love it

Thanks. The entire thing was actually pretty easy. All careful wet brush of Leadbelcher (armor), Ushabti Bone (teeth/spines), Khorne Red/Xereus Purple (cloth and head cables) and Rakarth Flesh (skin) over Chaos Black. The only wash used was Seraphim Sepia on weapon vents and the exposed, ribbed parts of the cables. The gold trim is Nazdreg Yellow Contrast straight over the Leadbelcher, just like the IW player did in the Warhammer Community Combat Patrol article a month or so ago. Guns were dry brushed with Skavenblight Dinge for a "pig iron" look.
