Do you mean the sector mechanicus bases, because GW still do them:

Also the necromunda ones are still around. It's a shame there's no 50's or ovals, but hey-ho

Why on earth don't these show up under the "bases" tab on the webstore? I also assumed they'd been quietly discontinued.
