I'm looking at the same list I've been running for a while- I would have liked to tweak it, and still will at some point in the future, but I'm wanting to see where the weaknesses are in the general concept. That list is: Master of Sanctity on Bike - Benediction, Mantra, Hate, SoulWarden, Sword of Imp. The Unseen Posted April 2, 2021 Share Posted April 2, 2021 My only question is why soulwarden? You already get 2 denies. I'd take Rites of War or pretty much any other warlord trait. You have a much more balanced list, so your going to have to leverage your increased shooting to win. SG and Contemptors don't like melta fire. And your Vanguard squad really has to watch out for nullzone. But unless I'm not aware of a non-psychic based mortal wound spam army, that warlord trait in a LOT of games is basically nothing at all. And if they have a smite spamming psyker, 2 denies still. Leonaides Posted April 4, 2021 Share Posted April 4, 2021 Assault launchers, hammer of wrath, hellfire shells, orbital bombardment, sniper rifles, bolt sniper rifles, neo volkite pistol, volkite charger. If you make a unit hard to hurt by normal means, people will break out the anti-knight stuff/mw options and go to town on you for it. Bad news however, is that we only got to turn 3 on account of me getting to the shop late and the shop closing that night But, it was epic - what a great list. @Unseen - yeh, i think most of the other Frater have covered it - the MW sources in 9th are becoming massively prolific- which is an issue. It didnt come up at all in this game, to be honest, but I take TAC lists for practice usually. @Xenith - I think it was 8 Elite slots- so, yeah- you got it spot on! One vanguard and one patrol !
