Is there a fleet-based Watch Fortress?

As the title says, a question for those more versed in the background of the Deathwatch than me.

 

I just wonder if there is such a thing. Watch Fortresses are a bit like Space Marine chapters, and with the highly mobile nature of the Deathwatch... why not one based on a fleet? If there is none yet in the canon: is there enough space in the unknown regions of background for such a thing?
