Banner of Staganda Underrated?

I had initially dismissed the Banner as an immitation of the generic Chapter banner that cost CP. After looking at it again I realized that it is much better since it is an aura and doesn'r require you to plan in advance who would benefit from it. Fists are a more shooting based force, but a strong melee ability is sort of necessary for fighting over objectives. Units like terminators, aggressors, and

bladeguard are all great for a melee counter punch role and also synergize well with our defensive strategems.

With Crimson Fists, they make up for the nerf to the Chapter tactics and go great with Kantor's attack bonus aura.

It seems to me that if you are taking an Ancient in a battalion and not maxed out on relics you might as well spend the cp to get the Banner of Staganda.

That last sentence is the main issue; don't see much reason to take an ancient in the first place.

 

If you're already going to, it's not a bad step. There are just better relics.
