Contemptor Part Identification

What is this piece on the far right hand side of the FW brick? For context this is the "Contemptor Pattern assault Claw" sprue brick. It's next to the flamer prometheum tanks at the very end and looks kind of like a sports safety cup.

Fairly sure that goes on the back of the elbow joint - can't be 100% but I think that's what that part is.

I think its the part directly below the elbow joint, next to the grav batteries (I think they're batteries, the thing on the side of the 'hand')
