Space Hulk : Deathwing [PS4]

Just wandering if there are some players on this game on ps4 ? I'm playing as an Apothicary, about lvl20.

Have you seen that advert where the guy in the supermarket looks in his shopping trolley and sees bread, cheese and Worcestershire sauce, and a woman comes and picks up a bottle of Worcestershire sauce and says “it goes great on cheese on toast” and the guy just stands there dumbfounded like “why have I never thought of this when I have all these ingredients?”

 

I might be that guy. I have a PS4. I like Space Hulk. Why have I never put these two things together?

That was some funny post there To be fair, the game has never been a great title (but sadly, is that not the case for many GW's games anyway ?) : it's an average fps, quite repetitive in gameplay and level-design, and you're only fighting Nids.

 

Still, I like the ambiance, and the fact that the multiplayer part allows for choosing from several classes (there are 6 iirc) is quite fun :) At first it doesn't looks like that, but the game requires tactics and to be strategic, the level are intricates and despite being living-tanks (Deathwing squad in Terminator PA) the players are quite fragile. There's possibility to unlock perks and stuff to become more resilient or more lethal, but some mission that look easy enough can go south in an instant, and that's the fun part :D

I guess I am not that big on first person shooters, but ambiance, tactics and players being fragile sounds like it’s true to the original board game. Being the marine player is scary! Thanks for letting me hijack your thread with my joke, I hope you find players, maybe I will join you one day, but it won’t be just yet.

No worries, I'm all for jokes ! Yeah I'm a bit busy atm too, starting a new army (AdMech) 20years after having stopped the hobby :D Got more than 50 models waiting to be painted, and an army-list to establish once I receive the new codex :D
