^ This is what the relic Fury of Deimos must look like!

Although not at detailed because they were made from pewter. But all older metal grey knights had the more reasonably sized bolter, with belt feed.

I much preferred that design to the now current fay, ugly and blocky design. But I suppose the belt feeds are easier to model on monopose, which nobody wants.

No doubt he was inspired by the older models. I wouldn't be surprised if he some of those models for his own collection.

The description also says you can choose powerful classes to form your own personalised squad, so any early speculations on the possible classes?

From our GK units, I'd speciate maybe some of the following inspired classes:

- Battle-Brother Terminator (standard all-rounder)

- Special Weapons Terminator (heavy weapons specialist)

- Chaplain (squad buff / enemy de-buff specialist)

- Apothecary (medic / healing specialist)

- Librarian (psychic / spells specialist)

- Tech-Marine(tech / hacking specialist)

^ Brotherhood Champion would indeed be an awesome close combat specialist!

I can see him being locked into the Force Sword, but he could have aggro abilities along with enhanced defensive and offensive traits using his sword stances.

I believe it is not a belt fed stormbolter. I think it is a "normal" type of GK wrist mounted storm bolter, with the blocky magazine, and the part of video is the artist's view how empty magazines are being refilled in armory - by automated belt fed system.

There are no belts visible in the last part of video where they kneel and spark their halberds

^ Interesting observation. The scene does follow the GK picking up his halberd, so it could be him in their armoury, and his storm bolter being reloaded automatically as you say.

I'm trying to find some pics of metal GK terminators to see how their storm bolter was designed. Either way, next time I'm buying bits, I'm gonna try and convert my existing Brother Captains / GMs with a belt fed storm bolter...as it would make them standout from the other GK terminator models.

^ Well it's a turn-based games, so it won't be a first-person shooter like Deathwing.

It would be more closer to XCOM but with probably less or no base / resource management. For recent games maybe like Gears Tactics.

More squad upgrading and no base upgrading.

yy. also - if you have a belt fed storm bolter (or any gun) you then dont need a magazine in between the belt and gun :). belt is enough.

offtopic - for converting termies to stand out as BC or GM or simply Paladin - cloaks and tabards add a "heroic" wibe.  Exo lord cloaks from Anvil Industries and Heavy Veteran Robes from Titanforge are great. if interested, can send you pics
