Imperial fist siege theme 2k

Hey everyone, with the changes to points ive had to do just a little reshuffle of my planned list so no more chief apothecary but my inceptors got cheaper so that’s awesome. So here is my “siege assault” inspired 2k list, nice and compact.... rather slow but I would say it has some teeth! I may be running this in an RTT and dammit I want the fists to have a tournament win! So without further adieu

I might switch over to a battalion, drop the suppressors, and bring a 5man unit of Vanguard Veterans instead of company Vets, and a Primaris Apothecary. You can split one of those intercessors to fill (extra Sergeant is never bad) other than that, the only lists you are gonna struggle against are high strength, High damage weapons. Definitely a list id hate to see.

 

One thing to think about is the Legacy of Dorn. Suppressors only have STR 7 AP2, so they aren't great Against T8, and average against 7. Eradicators are great, but slow and only 24 inches of range, best at 12. Devastator is only first turn. Maybe a Redemptor? They're really good, and macro at AP5 pushes through anything without an invuln.

I could see this list struggling against DG, they would half your melee output on most of your units.
