Swift as the Raven: has it gone?

So, I saw a thread on reddit suggesting that Swift as the Raven was no longer legal, main arguments being it's not in the GW App and/or something about codices, psychic awakening and FAQs. 

 

This is news to me, and would really hurt how I build lists if true. What are your views?

It was my understanding that the loyalist content from Faith and Fury has been totally supercede by the 9th edition space marine rules.  

 

I WANT you to be correct so my white scars can go back to rerolling all wounds in close combat.  

 

Swift as the Raven was not a particularly powerful litany anyways.  We have false flight and a few unit specific strats to fallback and shoot in the main codex.  Should be enough.

Yup, good points. Thank goodness swift and deadly warlord trait is still a thing.

I use False Flight ... a lot.
