Massed S6 to deal with Drukhari and AdMech (?)

As someone who has played with landspeeders almost ever game I've played since 5th, I would like to say that typhoons are the variant with the missile launchers on the back. The one that takes the assault cannon is the tornado.

 

Edit: the points used in the point were accurate for the tornado, however. Just the wrong name.

Oh blimey we forgot about the Stormhawk! It can have an Icarus Stormcannon and Skyhammer Missile Launcher alongside a standard 2 Assault Cannons.

 

Puts out a lot of firepower but as we know - flyers die. Still, it can go into strategic reserve and deploy practically anywhere, so can get the drip on something.

 

The Storm Talon does similar too.

It is moderately expensive and Flyers can't hide behind terrain to last a turn, but with a bit of careful play a single flyer can always survive to turn 2 to unleash a payload.

A lot of anti-tank weapons will wound Stormhawks/Talons on the same roll as T7 vehicles. The -1 to-Hit means they really are no more fragile than Predators but have better firepower, speed and maneuverability.

Yes but they can't hide behind obscuring terrain, meaning they die easier overall.
