Question about Armoured Resilience

Apologies if this question has been asked previously, but does anyone know if Armoured Resilience can be cast twice on a unit of Paladins by paying a cp to cast a second spell? I saw this question posed on a Tabletop Titans battle report recently and thought it was intriguing. They didn’t really know the answer, and I haven’t seen the question posed anywhere else. I can’t find anything that says specifically that you can’t do it, but maybe I’m missing something? Seems like it could potentially be pretty powerful, as it’d effectively let a unit of Paladins ignore AP 1 and 2 when not in cover/tide of shadows, and up to AP 3 when in cover.

A psyker can only attempt to cast a power once. Otherwise you could double cast Smite multiple times as well.

 

The Psychic Confluence rule only covers that you can cast the same power of a different unit already cast it.
