MarshalMittermeier Posted October 3, 2021 Share Posted October 3, 2021 (edited) ...so after some primaris additions to my BT, time to see what i can come up with for a potential tournament. characters go together and create a 9" aura bubble. chief apo gives everyone a 9" feel no pain aura (3"+3" from helm, +3" from fervent acclamation) and raises terminators and aggressors. also uses crusaders helm to give assault doctrine to any unit from t1. captain gives a 9" reroll aura to everything (6" +3" fervent acclamation) dreadnoughts fill any missing auras (lt, possibly dead captain) with wisdom of the ancients. 5 multimeltas with rerolls hurt tanks while cc from terminators, dreadnoughts, emperor's champion and maybe assault intercessors takes down infantry, backed up by 6 aggressors and 4 flamers for hordes. assault terminators or aggressors or ironclad get the 5+++ buff from divine protection. spam devout push , righteous zeal and emperors will to get easy charges. help the troops survive via transhuman physiology. BATTALION detachment HQ: Captain with relic blade Primaris Chaplain on Bike (warlord, master of sanctity, hero of the chapter: frontline commander, relic: ancient breviary, litanies: fervent acclamation, divine protection) emperor's champion TROOPS 5 x assault intercessors (serg with power sword) 5 x assault intercessors 5 x infiltrators (helix adept) FAST ATTACK attack bike w/ multimelta attack bike w/ multimelta attack bike w/ multimelta ELITES 6 x aggressors w/ boltstorm gauntlets 10 x assault terminators, 4 with claws, 6 with shields chief apothecary, hero of the chapter, selfless healer, relic: crusader's helm dreadnought w/ multimelta, heavy flamer dreadnought w/ multimelta, heavy flamer ironclad dreadnought w/ dual flamers, chainfist, ccw, launchers potential objectives: oaths of moment should be ideal for this list, contest the center. as is stranglehold. other possibilities are abhor the witch and raise the banners high. thoughts?
