An expert with special weaponry, Destro suffered a horrific accident when the team infiltrated a Necron Tomb.  His skin has been covered with some sort of living metal.  While this has stirred great interest in both the Ordo Xenos and the Adeptus Mechanicus, such is the reach of Cobra Commander's benefactors, that Destro has been deemed too important, to be used for research.

 

 

Zartan is the team's infiltration and assassination specialist.  His arrogance is matched only by his extreme skill in dealing death.

(Giddy squeal) I absolutely love these! Yes! Show more. Are planning on creating a Serpentor (counts as Solar Macharius), Stormshadow, a unit of Battle Android Troopers, Zarana and the rest of the Dreadnoks or any of the other characters/groups from within cobra? What about the Hiss tanks, bubble jets and single pilot mini-helicopters?

 

Whatever you do decide to do with this it will be awesome. Keep it up, its awesome.

Wulf: unfortunately, I'm not planning on doing any more than this kill team. Fortunately, I did a lot of that years ago when I played guard. I sold the army, but I have some old photos if you're interested. Wulf:  I dunno. Honestly, its probably not that original of a concept, so I imagine many people have done it.

 

Managed to finish up the two generic troopers for the kill team.  Newest members don't get names, they have to earn them, so I present to you:  Storm Viper 1 and Storm Viper 2

Dr. R.  Thanks! I'm pretty pleased with them, they are really the only two truly generic mooks on the team.

 

As a C.L.A.W.S. (Combat Light Armored Weapons Specialist), he drops his last drop.  After today, if he survives, he will have earned an official call sign.

 

Dr. Mindbender is the team's medic.  Not only is he an expert in field medicine, but also has great interest in developing performance enhancing drugs (often used by the team), and psychotropic interrogation.

So she came out ok.  I had quite a difficult time painting her hair, and face....honestly if I wasn't committed to using Octarius Models, I would have used a model from Clan Esher (Necromunda)...Anyway here is the Baroness.

 

"The Baroness" is the team's infiltration/disguise expert.  She often acts as an advanced spotter as well.

Thank you brother. I greatly enjoy having each one be their own separate character. And since it's a kill team, I get done right about the the time. About to get bored of it, and I can start on something new. :D one more member to go and the team will be done.

So I took some inspiration from "A cloak of foes felled" thread, if you like this...go check out that thread as it's packed with awesomeness.

 

I give you the first of my Thunder Warriors (played as Talons of the Emperor) Kill Team, "The Betrayed." Using long abandoned labs that the Emperor left, deep in terra, long lost sciences, stolen gene seed, and mechanical augmetics, the betrayed have managed to extend their brutal lives into the 40st Millennium. What is their agenda, why do they appear after all these years, and whose side are they on?

This one I was going for more of a mysterious, "he's kinda in disguise, and I'm trying to use this cloak to hide all the scars and surgery work."

Pearson: thank you so much! I've been trying to give them a really shabby "make due with whatever is available," kind of look. They've been in hiding deep in the hives of Terra for 10000 years.
