I would give him Inspirational Fighter and Paragon of Fury, maybe Master of Arms for the +1A but the other half is kind of redundant on the EC. Frontline Commander is better given to a more mobile character imo so he can make other fast units get into combat faster or just take Helbrecht for a character thats just as killy as the EC AND has full rerolls for another unit.
