Second what Brotherhood should I use?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'that guy', but if you're asking if this list is strong, then in my opinion it's certainly up there. The lack of Interceptors takes away from it a bit.

I think Crowe is a fun HQ. He isn't nearly as good as people act like he is, but he can be a lot of fun if he gets to pop his ability after death.

Honestly, one thing I've found is the Brotherhood hardly matters. I mean yes, Rapiers is extremely stabby, but people are winning tournaments without a highly common Brotherhood.

I do find the Preservers to be a 'fun' one but probably isn't big for your list. My personal feeling is you should just decide on the most fun Brotherhood that interests you. If you're playing this for fun, you'll have plenty of potency through those NDK's. I typically only use 2 and very, very rarely lose a game.

Dread knights are definitely the king of the codex right now and bringing 5 of the is for sure going to be strong. Are you trying just play casual games? If so some people may not want to play against it. A list like this would probably do well in a tournament.

I always have fun in games I play Crowe, he is a little in consistent though because his MWs only wound on unmodified 6s. I really wished they made it a 6+ to work with his warlord trait.

I do notice you’re bringing 3 - 5 man squads of purifiers. Are you trying to maximize purifying flame? Personally, I think they work best as a 10 man because you can maximize untainted and unbowed and bring 4 heavies. Adding an apothecary w/ sanctuary can really turn them in to a hard to kill blob. If you see a lot of blast weapons you can always combat squad them down.

It looks like your list is lacking some supporty characters too. A tech marine would go a long way with 5 Dreadknights, a good player can just bracket your DK’s down.

Overall, 5 DKs is going to be tough for most casual lists that I’ve seen. In a tournament scene it will still do good, but really good players will be able to capitalize on the lack of support.
