The Aeldari were eventually saved by the Hero Elrondhir who eradicated them and went onto become the faction we know in 40k. As Dark Eldar split a long time after they were subjugated, it's fair to assume that Mon'Keigh would definitely still be in their language. In universe, Mon'Keigh is thought to be a byword for "Lesser beings", verminous or something that needs to be eradicated.
