It's clean, comprehensive and fits well with the rest of 40k while still being unique. The only problems I could find was that the librarians would try to contact nearby astropaths, not the astronomican, and you misspelled "[sychic". I fixed both errors and I already have a tac squad ( or most of it, at least) built and almost fully painted.
