To Tularis:Yes sir. :P

I use a signifigant Divergance codex army with TyBB and Cleanse and Purify.

All Drop Pod/Teleporting/Deep Striking.

Led by the official Kill-Team HQ choice(Kill-Team Alpha),and with the DW upgrade going to my Veteran Squad(Kill-Team Omega).

To Blindhamster.I'll get to that. B)

I would if I could,but I'm all the way in California. :P

Here is a tribute to my SW roots. These two are near and dear to me,and are the only marines in the army that come from the same Chapter.

The Twins,Tyr and Jarl.Members of Kill-Team Alpha.

First, the older(by three minutes) of the two,and slightly more patient,Tyr.

And the younger(and more impulsive)Jarl.

I've tried both subtle highlights and extreme on the armor and it's just a personal preferance of mine.

I do use wonderwash black ink but only on weapons and along the inner arch of the DW Icon pad.Everything else I just use a steady hand.lol

The pristene silver seems appropriate for them somehow.

I've recently toyed with the idea of a few Deathwatch Marines, and enjoyed the experience. I've recently been lured to Fenris so even though I can't use Deathwatch Marines, I may just paint up a couple of them with Space Wolf badges - for a little variety.

Sadly, I'm not going to Games Day UK this year. I'd have liked to have seen a Deathwatch army in action!

@Danek:

Do you have any Deathwatch vehicles in your army? And those Wolves are fantastic!

To Tularis:

I have two Landspeeders waiting to be painted.Minor conversions really.

I also have 5 FW Drop Pods on the way that will have DW Iconagraphy on them when they're done.

And of course I have a little "black project" I call The Sleeper.

I can't say more about that,though. :P

Well, hopefully we'll get to see it when it's done! Do you have any pictures of the assembled army as it stands? Also, how did you do the skin tones on the Space Wolves?

Wow, these guys are pretty damn cool. They just ooze character. When you finish posting them individually, make a picture of the group. Oh, and is there a Black Templar amongst them :P ?

Every villain needs his doomsday device... But aren't you a loyalist? :P

I think the 'skirt' on the Ultramarine looks a little funny but it sure looks good though.

@ Sixestosave:I'm of the opinion that all Chapters contribute members to the Deathwatch,if for no other reason than to not arouse the suspicion of the =][=.

A discussion can be found here...

Okay,so I've by now finished posting pics of Kill-Team Alpha in its entirety. All that is left for them is a group shot, which will be up tomorrow.

I tried to convey not only the personalities of the marines through design and poses, but a theme as well.

In the case of Kill-Team Alpha,I tried to convey a sense of them being the Jack-of-all-Trades in the Strike Force, with Santino and Silva firing,Viggo using the auspex, the Twins charging, etc.

My next Kill-Team I focused on was Kill-Team Omega.Fluffwise Omega is Alphas' sister team, made up of DW veterans as well, but strickly close combat oriented.(Represented on the battle feild as a Vet Squad)To that end I wanted them to generally come from less orthodox Chapters, including some DIYs I made just for this agenda.

As with Titus,I wanted Omega Team to have a very strong and dynamic leader. One traditional enough to hold the "rowdy" ones in line, while still being unique enough in fluff that he makes sense as a leader of these CC bad- :cuss es.

To me,he had to be an Imperial Fist.

I remember reading IA 2 and falling in love with the artwork showing the IF Captain with the blue cloak, sheild and dueling scars.I knew right then that I would convert a model as a tribute to that image, and that model became Brother-Sergeant Lensher of Kill-Team Omega. Also known as "The Champion of Dorn".

I hope Obliterator and the other IF players like him. ^_^
