Prot Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 Oh it's been so long.... Where do I begin? I finally started digging into my gazillion points worth of Templar and painted some up. Have a look: Prot's Templar 2006 Not a great camera but I think you get the idea. Next up I hope to post my better troops, and 'original' Champion. This army is a lot harder to paint than I remember the first time around, but it is funner to paint this time around (with all the Templar Bling). :ph34r: P.S. Glad to see you back BnC. The Chappie took considerable time and I'm pretty happy with him, but I may end up ripping off the backpack and putting him on foot. The Termies are a blast to paint and I just got a few boxes of new Assault Termies to do as well! I have no idea if I can make them work in a 1500pt army, but once I get the new Forgeworld pads, I'll definitely want to do the assault termies too. The only comment I have, and it is a minor one, is that I think you should darken the skin on the neophyte a little. His skin looks very similar in color to the robes on the marine on the far left. Excellent job blending on the Chaplain. The skull and all of the other bone colored items look almost real. One question: Doesn't the accessory box for the BT come with the BT shoulder pads for Terminators? Or is it just that the FW ones are better? Thanks.
