Once hes finished may do a Death Guard and also an Emperors Children Marine- again just to keep me sane whilst painting all the white on my Worldeaters! Comments/questions always welcome! >>edit-the backpack will be added after basecoat but I havent decided on whether to use loyalist or chaos....so suggestions welcome! EE Just for info - I got my 'inspiration' based on these peices of artwork from the Horus Heresy CCG... EDIT - In the absence from specific permission by Sabretooth to scan images, we'll follow the guidance of the company who has licensed Sabretooth's use of their intellectual property, Games Workshop. I took off some of the 'spikes' on the trim but left a couple to make the armour more 'ornate' Utter sweetness, a whole squad of these would look cool, They do look very Tzzeentchy something about that little helmet spike. yeah- but as I said just a 'side project' to my pre-heresy worldeaters... The helmet I used on the worldeater is home made. I basically cut down a mk6 'beakie' helmet and then added a grill I cut off a mk 7.The cables and 'vent' on the top were GS. Yes the 'headdress' is GS and it was the most fiddly/difficult part of the whole model. Ive taken a little 'artistic license' with the shape of it but overall I think its come off well... From the feedback Ive recieved I shouldhave done some more WIP shots of the TS and I couldof put a tutorial together.... If theres any questions just ask. Most areas have their base down now apart from the equiptment on his belt. The grey bits will eventually become a nice bright white colour whilst a nice turquoise will be worked in through the gems and maybe eyes. I will freehand some heiroglyphics on his loincloth and maybe even on his staff(!) I am doing some work on the red right now and hopefully get some more shots tomorrow!
