(its nasty) chaos black. scorched brown. beastial brown. 2 beastial : 1 bone 50/50 3-4 layers of watered down bone 2 bone : 1 white 50/50 skull white. let me know how you go :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not sure of the bases is the white suppose to be snow? Otherwise a very well thought out and executed paint job. EDIT : Just spotted the minor conversion work on the dread, love how you've #spread the arms and covered with 'tubing to hide the gaps, what did you use is it guitar wire? dezul Posted April 28, 2006 Author Share Posted April 28, 2006 yeah the bases are plaster covered with GW snow effect.. their just over the top of sand and static grass with a small area on each base of wet effect. supposed to look like sping time thaw with the wetness. its kinda hard to make out in the pix coz of the poor quality. im not overly happy with the effect to be honest, ive since seen a much better way of using snow effect. eh too late <_< yeah the pose on the dread was achieved using guitar string and some wire.. pretty much drilled the holes in the arm and the torso then spent aaaages trying to get them all to marry up in the right spots.. wasnt too bad tho. ive got a chaplain dread as my ven dread that i finished the other week in my sig gallery somewhere.. cheers again for the feedback.
