Ive always wonderd where peopleget their powerfists from! not until recently i found that assault squads came with cool pointing powerfists, i already knew about the close combat sprue, chaos powerfists and space wolves. So ive already coverd my pointing powerfists :D Ive seen alot of poiwerfisted models with an open powerfist, and some ones with a laurel on it, where do these come from? Callas Posted May 8, 2006 Share Posted May 8, 2006 There are plenty of plastic ones around now - there's the Space Wolf sprue and the Command Squad sprue, there's the BT sprue if you want a clenched PF although the chains can be a pain to remove. There's also a pair of very old Marine Close Combat sprues, one of which has an open hand PF on it. If you want a clenched metal one then there's always one of the new chaplains, who has a crozius in one hand and a fist on the other. The pad and fist are a seperate part but sold on the same 'sprue' as the Chappy so you have to buy the whole blister to get it - this pad also has a crux terminatus moulded into it. Close combat spure - check, i got 2... Space puppies fist - check, got one. BT sprue - check got it (not that i can use it tho :D ) Chapy fist - hey! now theres one i dident consider yet :cry: Veteran - *bonks himself on the head* of course! how could i forget >< Cortez - cool, how does this one look? Commander - Got that one :) its pretty nifty Ok, so atm we got 4 pointing powerfists atm (assault, puppy, veteran,chaos) And 4 closed powerfists (close combat sprue, bt sprue, chapy, commander) i dont know how the cortex and command fists look like, does anyone have pictures of them? thanks guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Commander Sha'son Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 So why not log on to the gw website? I mean it is not like there is a big powerfist secret that folks are keeping. If you look at the pic of the sprue, although not great, you can discern that the powerfist is pretty much the space wolf one, with an imperial symbol instead of space pup iconography. Just a suggestion, since this was a subject that came up twice a week before the crash. There was once a thread where a guy was compiling heads, arms, legs, fists and so on with part numbers of sprues and pics. So maybe try to search the forum... BRILLIANT!!!! *rushes of to get clippers and kill the single LC* ok, one more PF has joined my army :P The reason im asking for sources of powerfists Commander Sha'son is because atm i got like 2 NONE pointing PF's, the rest; ALL pointing :blush: why would they alll be pointing? id like some variaty in my army (as in, some none pointing fists as well...) Morpheous Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 Theres the chaos marine lords on,you could turn the marine helmet into a chaos helmet and sand off the ruinois icons. I used some plastic terminator power fists (old ones). You can get them from grey hunters sprues,black templar sprues,chaos command sprues.Why not try and get yer hands on a power claw instead?
