Brother apocalyptic Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 well, its for my friends army, the sword and wings need some tidying up, but that part is pretty much done.. the blueish ball in the bottom, is meant to be Caliban, after the battle that destroyed it. Obliterator Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 Well, the thing about the Dark Angels is that they have loads of cool iconography... Maybe add praying battle-brothers, or some caped angels or stuff like that. Personally I'd try to make the planet a little blue-er. You can leave some of the original showing to simulate clouds, but it's too pale right now and the color is too similar to the sword. Maybe add some dark green and brown patches too? Shine stripes - how you mean more exactly.. care to unfold this cool secret? small swords - yes.. seems like a good idea too.. Not sure though, It might be to much of one thing.. flames - I dont find DA mix that well with flames. thsoe are the salamanders thingie.. broken sword - quite easy to do, but this is a company banner, so I dont think they should have that sword on it.. star field - seems to be quite popular.. i think Ill do this one on one side of the sword.. fleet - think this one might be to hard for me..
