Genius! -_- That's a nice bright red you got there tooo! almoooostt orange... purioty seals could be a bit darker/deeper red would go along ways..

The Plasticard diamond plate is from Plastruct?> cause if so I have their catalog and was going to order two different sizes to see which works the best.. what size did you get?

Thanks bro.. can't wait to see the rest I really am loving those bases quite the invention!!!

Very nice. -_-

I like the dynamic pose.

The base looks good. Are you going to paint the mesh?

Excellent job on the scratches and chipped paint.

I like the look of the red saltire on the power fist, but this mark is reserved for the Death Company as it symbolizes the sacrifice of Sanguinus.

You need to add one or two more grey highlights on the crux terminatus.

Rather than Blood Red, consider using Red Gore for your purity seals.

Killer paintjob, OMG -_- I really, really, really like it. Did you consider painting dark yellow markings on the base? IMHO they would look great with the red and black of the mini. As for the pipes on the base, maybe paint them so the edges look really hot, like a power sword just sliced them.

I absolutely LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the maroon on the bolter casing. Recipe please?

Ok, now my Angels Sanguine First Company aren't gonna be nearly as impressive. :o

Btw, great job on the black. What did you use to highlight that up? (i'm a big fan of the softer highlights, rather than the stark line edging most people do for black. But I can never get mine to look good.)

Not that wouldnt look cool..But this guy is weilding a Power Fist. Now if you had ripped and dammages pipes and a pice of shreded pipe at his feet than that would look kick hynie.

Or ar you just talking in gerneral?

I was talking in general. I saw the pipes and I thought StarWars.

I found the article I was referring to: UK WD 311 (with a Black Templar on the front). The article is called "the ravages of war" and can be found on p.58.

First, that is a seriously impressive display of talent. I'm glad that the B&C was resurrected, it's artists like you that give me the inspiration to try and get better. My only critique, and of course this is just MHO, I think the left shoulder looks a little too dark. Kind of bland. I'm pretty sure someone already suggested adding bone to it. I think some kind of contrast like that would be pretty sweet, but then again that my not fit your planned color scheme.

Either way, that's a sweet lookin' model and will look good either way.

I must say, this looks fantastic. The black side has been done flawlessly and it also looks like you've really toned down the "blacklining" on the red side, so it looks great too! Base looks great!

Keep up the good work and show us more!!
