Though from different and oftentimes rival Legions, Enion the Meticulous of the 3rd Legion, and Asiah the Councillor of the 17th Legion, can regularly be found operating in tandem.

 

Both relish in assailing their opponents aurally as well as bodily. Enion with the overdriven harmonics of Drammebrahomme's Unending Opus, and Asiah with droning litanies from the 49th vade mecum of the Book of Lorgar at 170 decibels.

Bit wary of showing off my current favourite Dreadnought as it's several years old (from a time where I didn't know thinning paints was a thing), and it's a bit too colourful for many people's tastes... but what the heck, I'll just regret it later.

I recently finished painting six dreadnoughts for my Carcharodon army.  3 Mortis Autocannon models, 2 Mortis Las cannon models and one venerable with dreadfire claws.  Instead of normal chapter approved markings I went for tribal type symbols to stay closer to the space sharks non codex method of markings.  Each model is also heavily weathered and worn.  These Dreadnoughts are left planetside for extended times and often are without direct support or servicing options.  Duct tape and WD-40 has its place even in the grimdark! 

 

 

Venerable dreadnought Cor Esh with chapter heraldry.  War prizes are tied/bolted to the massive sharks maw.

"Chicken walker" Mortis with Sentinel legs.  Often replacement parts must be creatively made to work.  Support is only several months away at max speed across the warp.
