Talyn Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 :) yoinking the ideas from this guy : Lightning claws guy (grrr its post 89, the ink doesnt want to focus on it) i am making a terminator guard for my chapter master (in the making) anyway, i call them the Talyn Guard as they will all have Lightning Claws, i have 1 made up so far (currently unpainted) with the 4 other guard members to go now, im pretty much set for poses thanks to that guy (although they will be different as my convertion skills suck big time, took me 3 hours to do two arms....) i just need to work on the paint scheme... now my army is in complete tatters as far as schemes go they started black with gold highlights, then black with gold arms and heads, then something in between, now im in the process of painting them Gold... and i just found out about Custodes... why didnt anyone tell me about them sooner? would have saved me alot of trouble... anyway, im going back to Black Silver and Red with Gold highlights and decals, but i dont want these guys to look like everything else i have... my current terms have gold bodies black arms and silver/black heads any ideas? i really want these guys to stand out from the rest of my guys since they would be guarding the Chapter Master Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Talyn Posted June 7, 2006 Author Share Posted June 7, 2006 ok ive got pictures they arent he best and the colors look really off, i did them with the army painter on the GW website as i couldnt get any good photos and before anyone asks, that funny color over most of the armor is as close to gold as i could get What they currently look like that color on the chest is as close as i could get to bleached bone as well... and this is the design i was thinking about: what i was thinking about i hope these pics give you a good enough idea about what i meant thanks again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
