Looks a little lanky with those legs its a problem I encountered when making up my agressor pattern dread to compensate I bulked out the arms somewhat. Picture here I hae since split him in half to add more height or rather a waist as he looks a little imobile and thick waisted at present so will now tower over other dreads but still be in proportion.

i would recommend extending the power fist a bit (if you have any legs from the standard dread they work great, just take it from the hip to the ankle, and put it in between the end of the armor and the fist itself... maybe someone has a pic of what i mean, i would take one but my camera sucks)

the legs look great, better than the ones i used... i didnt splash out on the las cannons cause i just used sentinel legs

all in all it looks pretty good, i know for certain i would run a mile if i saw it on a battlefield... even if we were on the same side :D

id love to see more of that you have done

I always love to see someone pushing the envelope of dreadnought construction. Those reversed knees are really sweet looking, but they do make the upper body look squat and compact. I agree with BLZBOB about adding a waist for some height on the model. The only other suggestion I have is to break up all that red with scrolls, litanies, purity seals, and/or iconography. Just my 2 cents worth, keep up the great work and keep the pics coming.

the legs look too skiny, the tight fitting arms are fine, ive seen a bunch of mech like builds with tight stunty arms, but the legs as said, look a bit too thin, the side view looks good

also bigger plating on the legs would look better as well

i think another big piece to the puzzel----> bigger feet with a more three toe one toe approah(3 in front 1 behind like a bird)

because right now the feet dont look big enough to balance that beast!

also the build might of done better with 2 shooty arms, doesnt look fit for combat(or maybe instead of a fist a big weapon of some sort?)

looks interesting however, if i ever get to the building of things completely stage i plan on building a 40k style Goliath from Starcraft...those would be wicked, twin assault cannons, and missiles

Starks

Thanks for all the comments, I just realy wish the board wa up when I built this guy, so you could tell be to bulk out the legs then...

Also, I shall be doing some fancy decals/iconography, I just need to get my freehand up to scratch first :P

I may build another arm that is a bit longer, because they are just magnet-ifyed on, and perhaps that will make it look better.

Keep the comments coming!
