I've got to say I was thinking exactly the same thing! I am very excited for tomorrow, but know ultimately I'll be disappointed... could it be a hint, that if there is a necron box coming out that wolves will be the imperium force in it?

does anyone know where I can get combi-plasma guns for terminators? I couldn't see them on PGTM

The 'saga of the terminator trails' thread has a pretty good summary of loadouts on terminators. I'm planning on running either a unit with 3xSB/SS, 1xSB/TH, 1xTH/SS or swapping out the storm bolters for combi-plasma

Helfrost destructor is normally 2 damage in dispersed mode. So with the new start its damage 3. So 3D3 shots at S6, Ap-2, 3 damage is not too shabby IMO especially as you add 1 to hit and wound rolls. Makes the Stormfang very effective as a good anti-infantry with twin heavy bolters, and anti light vehicle with twin las and helfrost

Element Games have added Fenrisian Wolves to their website today with a release date of 28th March. Hints towards new rules IMO

TITH I finished my first chaos models to a battle ready standard!

Sorry if this is too about COVID-19 but was just interested to see if anyone else has bought some models given the extended amount of time they may have to spend inside. Personally I've bought the space wolves battle force box and waiting for Saga of the Beast to come out before my next purchase So I suppose the question is, is anyone adding to their army or starting a new one in these tough times? Sharing pictures is not only welcome but encouraged!

I would say that at the moment there isn't really anything Space Wolfish about the primaris range at the moment IMHO. All of our flavour comes from the firstborn line. BUT that could very well change with whatever is released in saga of the beast!

Obviously I have missed adverts on standard terrestrial TV haha I do think that GW need to advertise standard 40k on TV though. Word of mouth has done GW well so far but I think the number of new players will massively increase with increased advertising. I would like a monthly campaign magazine to be released. Used to play LoTR and really enjoyed the small battles/campaigns that came with those magazines, and they kept me playing the game when other motivation dropped. I don't think that TV adverts will automatically make someone buy a start collecting box, but they will perk the interests of a few people that will make them look online and get the ball rolling from there

I completely agree that adverts on TV are needed to get new people involved but I just thought that a more general station to advertise than a sporting one would be more appropriate.
