I, Combat_Vet , embark on the 12 Months of Hobby Challenge, and for the month of January pledge to complete 5 Scouts for the Marines Malevolent by month's end. I still have to build the fifth man.

Greets, After several years I am trying to get back into the hobby that I loved for decades. First project is a brush holder/water pot for my hobby desk! I will continue to post WiP's here and I am always open to critiques, criticism, and pointers.

I was always fascinated by the art in the Collected Visions book. The Center pic with the meeting of the traitors especially. I had planned to create the scene as a diorama. All I got around to was the Red Angel. School, moving, and life got in the way and the project simply fell by the wayside. Amazing work from everyone here. Ideas taken from the fluff and made real then shared to provide inspiration - what more could one ask for in a hobby?

I did mine with a pinvise and two small drill bits. The trick is to drill at different angles and different depths around a "center" damage point. Hope that makes sense.

I got some work done on my main Commander and my "new" Commander. I envision a split force of all Marines Malevolent shortly after the Ultima founding and suffering a schism in regards to the Primaris Marines.
