I played a 2k points game last night and only lost by 4 victory points - granted it was against leagues of Votann but it didn't feel too bad. Next game is against Tau so I will be a salty grump next week

I have run 3x10 Rhino tactical squads with shrapnel bolters and love them, tried a 15 man squad but they got shot to bits and fled but that was my fault for forgetting a Vexilla! -
My Warsmith is rocking Cataphractii Armour, Servo arm, combi bolter and Thunder Hammer - yet to use him in a game but he looks very cool hanging out with a Dominator Squad instead of babysitting Siege Tyrants or Iron Havocs. After the FAQ I could cheap out and just give him a power weapon since the servo arm is bonkers now but he's already built.

For graviton weapons do you roll to wound/damage vehicles then get Haywire on top of that attack or just do the haywire rolls? Such as a graviton mace attacking a contemptor.

Got my first game with v2.0 on Friday against my mates Salamanders we're gonna try out 750 points. I'm going to try out two tactical squads, a forge lord, contemptor and heavy support squad with autocannons can't wait!

Really liking our new rules!No shananigans. Just straight to the delete the enemies vehicles part. Volkite Culverines with 5 shots s7 WOW Now I don't feel so bad being cheap with cataphractii power axes either. Sad we lost the Iron Havocs but loving the HSS now!

I've got the starts of an Iron Warriors and Ultramarines army but not sure which one to progress in the new edition. Even tempted to do an army of MK6 Night Lords with the new boxed set. -
I pick mine on the colour scheme alone even if the rules aren't that cracking. I started with Legio Defensor as I love their scheme and fluff their rules are alright but only really impact the first turn, I started Mordaxis again for colours but didn't really like painting it. Now I have a Legio Metalica maniple and love everything about the legio :D Legio Damicium are potentially on the horizon as a corrupted legio later this year. Nothing stopping you painting your titans however you like and using another Legios rules - the crusade rules are good the transfers are slowly coming out (I don't even have any for Defensor!)
