  1. I dislike orks....Former Crimson Fist player. But do the speed freaks look nice. Also they are not as fragile compared to the other 3 xenos forces listed.
  2. I will say that if your level is low that your yellow skills blow mine out of the water. So many learning curves using airbrush. So many struggles too.
  3. Well back from vacation and I did not accomplish my goal of 20 Terminators and 4 Teleport homers...... I came up short by 1 box of Terminators and a teleport homer. And I built the Ballistus Dreadnought too. He may have some small arms battle damage started and need to do more to him. I brought plastic cement and Super glue with me. Well I thought the super glue was a new bottle but is was not and was bad so I could not work on the their basing. But 5 more terminators to build, I felt accomplished for an all day Saturday build day. It would have been faster if I brought the instructions with me..... In other Howling Griffon news... Clear coats applied so I can decal my 1st Company Terminator Ancient and 10th Company Reiver Sgt. 12 MoH Vow update: I am really behind.... Terminator Ancient is 90% done (decals and some weathering) scouts.....I need to pick up the pace. They have not been touched in a while but I did get their bases almost done. Just need to do the slime effects to the water effects
  4. Like @Karhedron, I have felt the effects of ebb and flow of motivation, but I started in the tail end of 2nd. In all these years I can say only my Grey Knights are my "Finished army" as I really worked on them during covid and continued through covid. Real life takes a toll and we have to step away sometimes. One of my other hobbies is playing paintball with my team, but since the passing of best friend/ team mate, I just struggle going out there. And when I do I feel like, I am disrespecting his memory because outside of his daughter and his dog, it was his favorite thing. And I spiral more. Sometimes you do have to step away from the hobby or the army you are working on, as they are not fun or stressing you out and hurting your mental health more than helping. We are here for you, and you are not alone in this struggle, @firestorm40k. Take care of yourself, your family and loved ones.
  5. Looking good. I have yet to restart my plodding along vow. And I am way behind this month.
