Here is yet another 5 Sword Brethren. And with a full 10 man squad led by their High Marshal.

They are so cool they need a bigger base. Practically though with the capes and their wide stance they probably wouldn't fit very well on a 32mm base.

And when you can get crits on 5+ the rerolls become massive!

Terminator Chaplain carrying a Relic Shield! One of my favorite conversions i have ever done! The shield is made from the banner top from the Bladeguard Ancient where i cut away the bottom part of the pole and pushed the wings together. Had to fill some gaps here an there. The head is a mold from the old Terminator Chaplain model but i had to sculpt the tiny teeth! The cape is different capes blended together with milliput.

I agree except Marshal great and Castellan good. The 5+ crits is just so damn good. Sadly both Helbrecht and Grimaldus seems to have taken a hit. They are too expensive now for what they do. I think the Execrator seems fine. I need to try him out to say for sure.

I have also made a another Helbrecht. This time to let him count as Azrael. Tried to do his pose like the real Azrael. Im pleased with the results.

If they release grav bikes i hope they make them different from outriders. Like make the grav bikes ranged focus and the outriders melee focused. I dont want the gravbikes to just be better outriders.

Vanguard veterans and multipart Outriders. Also mention of a new land speeder iirc. That is what Valrak had said at least

I have thought about it that to. As said before the AoC equivalent is a real thing and will stop it pretty hard. So i thought it might be good to go with Grimaldus instead? Its a little cheaper since its only the one character. He has build in reroll hits and can give them +1 ap? He also gives them a few extra wounds with an invulnerable save so will make them a little tankier. But you will lose damage overall im pretty sure. But i still think they will hit pretty hard.

And so there was a new Grimaldus ! Again i loved my Chaplain with the cape over one shoulder i wanted to do one where both his shoulders were covered. Of course it had to be the High Chaplain himself !

Yeah but our detachments lack it. Maybe im just biased because my friend complains about AoC quite a bit :p

But there is a detachment that lets all reroll advance and charge. That fits our theme pretty well and fits well with the new Execrator that lets you advance and charge. And a detachment focused on charging from transports and specificly Land Raiders? They even gave us better rules for the Land Raider Crusader? All fit our theme on the table top. Maybe we wont win any tournaments with our detachments but a codex is not "good" based sorely on being just the most powerful one. Thematic and fun rules also contributes to it being a good codex. Power comes and goes every 3 month with every dataslate. But you are probably just gonna be mad about theme and power either way.
