Adeptus Custodes Officially Include Women

I mean SoS are not popular because they don't have a decent selection of models. If they actually made half the unrealized units from HH for 40k and actually gave them decent rules, then they would be good. I mean if the Pariah rules was like a -1 OC aura then they would at least have a general purpose. -

The Model is very decent, but I'm not a fan at all of the "Nu" Mk. II. I don't think it will be that hard to Fix the Armour and make it closer to the original Mk. II Aesthetic.

I love the variation on the DG Tacticles Shoulder Pads. Is there a reason behind the variation?

Unsure if the Herald is a General Consul or an Imperial Fist Character. -

I feel like other then a refresh for Belial everything is just underwhelming or a step backwards. Like the Companions are neat, but they just seem like DA Specific Bladeguard. The Upgrade sprue is great and all but the amount of items that are needed for a full squad is not there, like they just discontinued a full unique DA Terminator kit to give you a partial upgrade sprue with a Plasma Cannon. Don't be surprised if the Ravenwing units on bikes disappear and are replaced with nothing but a Datacard with "unique" rules. The Primarisification of units is the Faustian Bargain. New Larger Scale, but less detail, less uniqueness, less 40k aesthetic, less rules, less units. Trade in your K'Nex for Duplo blocks, it will be fine. -
These are actually decent for once. The Mk. V is pretty close to the original Forgeworld ones. Minor differences being in the helmet where the side tubing transitions to the cheeks, original is smooth whereas the new one is just a sharp cut. I feel though that the shoulder has too many studs, but the size of the studs seems correct compared to the Mk. VI one. The Backpack, however is quite a departure, will definitely have to see the rear to asses that. The arms seem to be the same as Mk. VI and not the Classic Mk. V with added cabling, but I guess that makes sense for their ease of cross compatibility.

Yay! Their stuff has always been great as far as designs go. Super Happy to see them continue to exist.
