  1. Started to assembly line some Blood Claws, but got bored so dropped a couple of Fenrisian Wolves on the oval bases to see how they look. Will be with how they come out once I get some paint on them. Four more to assemble, gonna use them to break up Marine assembly line boredom.
  2. So started out with my Wolf Lord (WGBL ruleswise). Using the Haldor Icepelt model, but need to decide on his weapons/bits for his arms. I saw a great conversion using Wulfen arms with two close combat weapons, but I am leaning towards magnetizing his arms for use of anything I magnetize.
  3. I was really thinking about what to add in terms of heavy infantry, but despite having the new codex and 11th edition, I am still fuzzy on how codex Marines interact within our chapter rules with keywords and all.
  4. So cleaned up my resin bases and getting the clippers sharpened up. I want a full SW army, Primaris only as I cannot stand the scale difference, and want it to be flexible for narrative campaigns only. That being said, anyone please let me know if I am missing something in the rules. This is what I have on-hand right now for infantry. WGBL (Wolf Lord) Wolf Priest x2 Rune Priest (will be using Njal rules) Iron Priest WGBL x2 (as pack leaders) Wolf Guard Headtakers Wolf Guard TDA Wolf Scouts x2 Packs Grey Hunters x3 Packs Blood Claws x1 Pack Wulfen x1 Pack I know I will be throwing a Dread or two into the mix as well as some transports and firepower. Just haven't decided yet on what I want.
  5. I had a hunch when I bought an entirely new SW army last summer with the release that there would be some major changes come 11th which is why I am glad I didn’t go all crazy in building out for 10th. I will be magnetizing many more models than previously planned.
  6. Currently traveling in Europe on vacation and walking through Antwerp, Belgium and found this stunning diorama at the Warhammer. Very cool Ultramarine vs Necrons battle.
  7. Got to thinking and can’t find anyone trying it, but if you bulked out the body of a venerable dread with either and Primal Hounds kit or something else, I wonder what that body would look like on Redemptor legs. it would not be as tall as a Redemptor, but with the extra bits on the shoulders and front, maybe something on the powerplant on the back, it might work out.
  8. Well I got the bits on order for some Wulfenhammer love using the new Blood Claws.
  9. So is the hammer/shield combo the default loadout for Wulfen now? No point in claws other than rule of cool? Putting in a bits order and debating on whether or not to split a 10 man into two different loadouts.
  10. Nice work on updating Krom.
  11. Picked up another SW Box army on the cheap from Marketplace. Ordered a new set of resin bases so will have the following on the table; Wolf Lord Wolf Priest WGBL 3x Headtakers 3x Headtakers 5x Wulfen 5x Wulfen 5x Reivers 10x Blood Claws 10x Grey Hunters 10x Grey Hunters 10x Intercessors Need to pick up a rune priest, Bjorn, 2x Gladiators, and 2x Impulsors to finish out for now.
  12. I wonder. I mean I can buy and then just gift them to whomever I think is the best reviewed and then they become theirs. Also on Etsy it seems like anyone printing out the higher quality bits seems to have the whole licensing disclaimer that Etsy requires for printing.
  13. There are some printers off of Etsy that have solid reviews but I would need to contact them first for some custom orders because it seems that don’t offer the full line. Maybe work a deal out with them if I provide the files they do not have.
