  1. Burst out laughing at this. The absolute state of 40K rules.
  2. Yes, as I noted, all it would take at the table level. The lore will never be redeemed, and the grav tanks will forever be hideous. Rhinos and the Land Raider will forever be better looking, so if GW fixes that boom, primaris are marginally more acceptable.
  3. If GW just allowed for the use of the actually good looking vehicles, I'd have very few reasons to complain about Primaris at the table level. The grav tanks are absolutely hideous.
  4. Looks OK to me. I don't ask for much.
  5. Yeah, exactly. I'll upgrade to a new laptop for it, and that will be the last game I get from Steam.
  6. I mean how many of the same CAD 'assault marine' body have they used now across both SM and CSM? Cut costs and hit that 70% profit somehow.
  7. Kinda cannot un-see Skeletor...
  8. Fortunately (in a monkey paw kind of way) they do not need to. Not even GW can cycle a whole line, every line, every 3 years, but they can absolutely write your models out of the rule set, and 'encourage' you to pick up the replacement.
  9. This has been at least intuitively known if not outright stated, since Legends came into effect and the bloated Primaris + SM range started to get purged. No company can or will keep its backlog of product indefinietly, and yes as you outline with the Kill Team stuff, and in Warcry and Underworlds or whatever that other game is, THOSE 'teams' have been on rotation for some time now. Sometimes the kits are absorbed or rotated into the main range, other times not. This is a change to some of us old timers, who would justify the eye watering prices by saying 'yeah but they last forever and you can play forever'. No so much anymore.
