    GW are giving away a Deathwing Knight model as this month's free model at their stores. As soon as I saw the Deathwing Knights I knew they were supposed to be Imperial Fists or Black Templars, not Dark Angels I hope you like how he turned out! I want to do a whole squad now... Thanks for looking

    As a wash I thin it right down with water and then paint it on to the areas where I want it to be.

    I've just finished a character for my Death Guard project. These guys have been on the back burner while I've worked on my High Elf project. It's nice to paint a space marine again though. They're so much easier I hope you like how he turned out. Thanks for looking

    Yeah, it's Imperial Fists contrast over a pink and white pre-shade. I don't think I'll paint anymore Epic minis. This was just the free Rhino that GW was handing out as the model of the month.

    I think the new plastic MkIII look terrible, so I'll be mixing the Tortuga with old plastic MkIII bits

    Of course! That probably won't be for a while though. I'm planing to paint lots of Infantry, so this army will probably take me a while to work through.

    Thanks! It's Decayed Metal and Elven Gold, with some silver for the highlights and Inktensity Green for the shadows. Thanks! Really glad you like them. The purple is Purple Lake ink from Daler and Rowney with some Inktensity Violet ink in the shadows. All of it is done with the airbrush over a white-black pre-shade.

    I just painted up a Death Guard test mini. I tried to keep it a bit more basic than my usual style to speed up the process. For example I skipped my usual chipping stage and the DG colour scheme means that you don't need to pre-shade the model. I hope you like how he turned out. A size comparison between the Tortuga Bay MkIII and the GW MkVI. Thanks for looking

    The 1,000pt Zone Mortalis army is finished! I'm really happy with how it turned out. Yellow is such a striking colour and is really easy to paint with an airbrush. It's also a really great colour to add weathering to. I hope you like how they turned out Now I need to decide what to work on next... Thanks for looking
