  1. You are reading correctly, those are listed as separate weapons, and not as separated profiles of the same weapon, so he can shoot all of them at the same moment.
  2. If you don't already know it, check the work done by the user s3xyrandal on reddit. His map of the imperium might be an interesting referenc for your endeavour!
  3. I'd love to see all the strange techpriests from the Forges of Mars trilogy. So much potential there! And also Inquisitor Czevak (I have been waiting for him since the first lore tidbit mentioning him in the 2nd edition's books)
  4. Also, if I remember correctly, in the War of the Beast series, Vulkan explicitly says (or at least strognly implies) that Dorn is still alive.
  5. They do. In White Dwarf there are many of them, and sometimes there are even conversion or scratchbuilding guides/suggestions (even if maybe not as often and not as peculiar as in the legendary past we all seem to remember). Look, the battle report in the current issue only has converted and scratchbuilt terrains (whose creation was discussed in an article a few issues ago).
  6. I think they are referring to the Munitorum Field Manual
  7. yup, my 1.500 points AdMech army is now a 1.260 points one
  8. Update: in the personal preferences there's an option to enable an errata section within the errataed rules. So, you still can't have directly the correct rules, but at leaste the back-and-forth required has been reduced.
  9. I don't think they have announced it on their socials yet, but I just updated the Warhammer 40k app from the Play Store, and it shows all the new rules (including erratas not yet published on WarCom) and the new functionality to manage the battles with your friends. The good news: the app has been translated, and the rules are shown in your own language, instead of being just in English (just the base rules for now, but I think those of the factions will follow as soon as the new codexes are released). The bad news: the UI hasn't changed a bit. Erratas are still a separate thing from the base rules, so there's no clear advantage to using the app over referencing pdfs (or using other well-known websites). I hope this will change in the future, but at the moment I am not really optimistic about it. EDIT: a mixed good/bad news is that I can't see any Legends units EXCEPT for the Adeptus Titanicus and Titanicus Traitoris factions. I don't know if they haven't been and won't be adedd, or if it's just dued to the fact that I have the in another language and they have not been translated.
  10. More than being priced-out by GW, I have been timed-out by life. I don't have as much time to build, paint and play as I used to have when I was youger, so I figured out I could stop buying things for a while (except for some single models that I absolutely wanted in my collecton) and keep on working on that pile of shame that I have accumulated. It's been two years now, and it is going great. I have even improved as a painter as I am mostly working on single models that won't be used for playing, but just for display.
  11. Well, yes, translating evrything wouldn't be a walk in the park, but the core rules are just 12k words, about the lenght of the rulebook of a big boardgame. Also, they seem clearly formatted, without long and convoluted paragraphs. If I decide to proceed, it shouldn't take me more than 5-6 afternoons for a first draft. The datasheets would be a completely different beast, however. I could probably try it in English, even though I'd rather not; I translate boardgames and RPG manuals for a living, so when I relax I prefer doing it in my own language. My friends, however, aren't good at it, so I would have to translate it for them anyway.
  12. This seems extremely interesting, and I might try to push my firends to give it a try. I should translate it before, though, as playing in a different language from your own is extremely mind-taxing even if one is extremely good at English, and the game is already complex as it is.
  13. As all the cards they have sold in the latest years have been limited runs that wen OOP almost immediately, I'm going to bet a cookie that the new app will integrate their functionality.
  14. It wasn't just the competitive player. Even on this same forum, non-competitive players have debated about RAW vs. RAI for years, hoping for a day when such discussions would cease to exist because rulesets are tight and clear.
